Putting Greens
With our years of experience we will determine the best route to your desired putting green area and cause as little disturbance to the existing landscaping as possible. We then prepare the ground, do any needed excavating and shape the initial contours with the crushed rock sub-base.
Next the cups are placed and a fine decomposed granite is laid over and compacted to the specific contours. The synthetic turf is laid out to the designed shape and the seams are glued.
Then we infill the turf with our round grain sand while brushing it into the fibers (the round grains never compact like the competitors fractured or angled sand which causes a hard unnatural putting surface over the life of your green). Next we roll the green with a heavy roller to adjust the fibers of the turf and get the speed you desire.
Playground Turf Sysytem
After the area is leveled and compacted we start laying the foam SofPad that provides shock absorption. Once that is complete we start laying out the SofPlay turf. The turf must be cut to fit around the playground equipment and also tacked down around the edges.
Then we start the final process of infilling using sand and SofFill acrylic coated infill.
